FIPL Latency Standard Nears Completion

A prototype version of the nascent FIX for Inter-Party Latency standard for latency measurement and reporting has completed testing with a number of firms involved in FIX Protocol Limited’s Inter-Party Latency Working Group, ahead of a production release of the protocol scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
