Anyone with a bit of nous can see that 2013 will be a case of more of the same in terms of the macro-economic outlook. The US economy has shown positive signs recently to suggest that it is reasonable to expect modest growth throughout the year, although anything more than 1 to 2 percent would be optimistic.

The UK, too, seems to have turned the corner, although economists have recently speculated that we might still see an unprecedented triple-dip recession over the next 12

FCA declines to directly regulate market data prices

A year-long investigation by the UK regulator to determine whether competition is hindered in the wholesale data markets has concluded with its decision not to directly regulate much-maligned data pricing and licensing structures.
