Massad Maintains Position on Reg AT During Final Days in Office

CFTC's chairman says a rule needs to be in place.

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) chairman Timothy Massad, who submitted his letter of resignation earlier this month and will leave his post Friday, spoke about the industry's need for Regulation Automated Trading (Reg AT), the controversial rule currently working its way through the approval process.
