TeraExchange Signs NFA for SEF Regulatory Services
TeraExchange plans to offer trading in all clearable derivative instruments that fall under the purview of SEFs, the rules for which were recently finalized by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The preliminary contract, which both parties anticipate will develop into a full RSA, allows for the development of common technical standards between the two, in order to enable automation and facilitate the trade surveillance appartus necessary for service provision.
