DTCC Seeks to Expand Real-Time Submission
It's human nature to not like constantly being told what to do. People appreciate coming to their own conclusions, and figuring things out without someone breathing down their neck.
So, in an effort to allow the industry ─ not the regulators ─ to dictate how the market can improve, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) held a forum with its Industry Working Group (IWG), a mixture of clearing and executing firms of various sizes
