Tullett Prebon Turns to the NFA for SEF Surveillance

Interdealer broker Tullett Prebon has inked a deal with the National Futures Association (NFA) to have the industry body provide regulatory services for the firm's planned swap execution facility (SEF).

Tullett and the NFA will now be able to develop, test and launch automated trade practice and surveillance systems, and develop processes required to meet a SEF's self-regulatory obligations, according to officials.

FCA declines to directly regulate market data prices
