SAN FRANCISCO--Stratus Computer, a developer of server technology, is building a web-based trading platform for Nasdaq equities in partnership with Microsoft, Intel and National Discount Brokers Capital Markets (NDB). The platform, yet to be named, will run on Stratus’ Ftserver and will operate in a Windows 2000 environment.
