Nasdaq-ICE Promises 'Much Better' Deal for NYSE Euronext


Nasdaq OMX and IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) executives emphasize that their  joint bid to acquire NYSE Euronext will take more costs out of the business, as well as create a "strong, global derivatives player."
