First Boston's Lattice Expects Second-Quarter Startup

First Boston Corp.'s Lattice Co. unit is continuing tests of its order-routing system at three beta sites in the Boston area, with plans to roll out the system by the second quarter of this year. Lattice, a marketing tool aimed at First Boston's institutional customers, will provide clients with links to a variety of brokers and exchanges.
